The armor has different built techniques.
In fact this cosplay is a buy one get one free.
I would be doing Seiya unarmored with his pandora box and fully armored.

Reference pictures below

I've used fluttered plastic board cut to dimensions. 6 panels ( 4 rectangles & 2 squares ).
Work In Progress pictures. Panels printed to size, transferred to foam, cut, glued and spray painted.
Now onto the armor itself:
1. The Helmet,
Pepakura base with paper then fiberglassing on the inside.
Outside covered with foam then a metallic fabric
2. Chest Piece
Cardboard base, covered with metallic fabric
In the end I opted for Sintra Shoulder pads and did teh same for the arm guards
3. Skirt
Cardboard Base with metallic Skirt
4. Leg Guards
5. Shoes
